01. Digital delivery only
TMC provides websites, designs, content and marketing services digitally. No physical shipping, courier fee or product return address applies to these services. Final assets are delivered through agreed download links, email, your publishing account or website deployment.
02. Website delivery estimates
After the accepted brief, required payment and complete content/access are received, typical targets are 10–15 business days for Dynamic Business, and 15–25 for a scoped ecommerce or custom build. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines; your proposal confirms the actual milestones.
03. Reviews, delays and launch
You review the agreed deliverables before launch. We notify you if additional requirements, missing information, approvals or external dependencies affect the schedule and agree the revised plan. Launch follows final approval and the required balance payment. Material delays by TMC are reviewed under the service and refund policies.
04. Monthly content delivery
The first content calendar is normally shared within 5 business days of receiving the complete brief and access. Content is created, reviewed and published across the agreed service month. Package allowances define original monthly posts and reels; channel adaptations are not counted as additional original pieces. We agree a publishing schedule around your business updates and approvals.
05. Access, handover and acceptance
Completed websites are handed over through the agreed hosting or CMS access. Final creative exports use the agreed file formats. Editable working files are included only if listed in the proposal. We ask you to report discrepancies against the scope so they can be addressed; silence does not waive your applicable rights.
