Working with TMC

Terms & conditions

The framework for working with The Marketting Company.

Effective 9 October 2026

01. Who these terms cover

The Marketting Company (TMC) is a product of YSW Learning Private Limited. These terms apply to our website design, development, content and digital marketing services. The contracting entity and its billing details will be identified on your written proposal and invoice.

02. An order starts with an agreed scope

Published packages describe standard starting scopes. Before work begins, we confirm the service, deliverables, price, taxes, third-party costs, timeline and payment stages in writing. Browsing this site, choosing a package or downloading a brief does not create an order. An order is confirmed only after you accept the proposal and the required payment is received.

03. Your materials and access

Provide accurate business information, source content, product data, brand assets and the access required for the agreed work. You must have permission to use the materials and claims you supply. Share delegated account access where possible rather than personal passwords. Delays in content, access or approvals may change the delivery schedule.

04. Review and changes

The proposal specifies pre-launch design revision rounds. We share work for review and make changes within the agreed scope. Extra pages, a new design direction after approval, integrations or additional production are discussed and quoted before proceeding. Post-launch routine content edits are covered by the one-year care guarantee.

05. Ownership and licences

After full payment, you receive the agreed final deliverables and administrative access or handover materials. Your domain and social accounts should remain under your ownership. Third-party fonts, stock assets, plugins, themes and software retain their own licence terms. Editable project source files and third-party licences are included only where specified in the proposal.

06. Website care and service commitments

All website packages include 12 months of maintenance from launch. The guarantee covers the services described in our Service & Maintenance Policy. It is a guarantee of defined care, not an assurance of uninterrupted third-party hosting or a promise of business results. Social plan content volumes and platforms are defined by the selected package and confirmed proposal.

07. Marketing results and client approval

We commit to the agreed creative, publishing and campaign-management work. Search positions, follower counts, reach, leads, revenue and ad approvals depend on audiences, competition and external platforms, and are not guaranteed. You approve factual claims, offers and regulated content before publication.

08. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment stages, billing cycles and third-party costs are described in the Payment Terms. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, including refunds for undelivered work where applicable. These policies do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

09. Issues and changes to these terms

Raise a service issue in writing using the business support details on your confirmed proposal or invoice. Include the order reference and the remedy you are requesting. We aim to acknowledge it within 2 business days. Updated website terms apply to future orders; an existing order follows the version and proposal accepted when it was confirmed, unless both parties agree otherwise.
