01. Who we are
This policy describes information handling by The Marketting Company, a product of YSW Learning Private Limited, in connection with this website and our creative services. Business support and order-contact details are provided on confirmed proposals and invoices.
02. Information you choose to provide
Business enquiries and orders may include your name, email, phone, company information, requirements, billing details and content assets. We use this information to scope work, communicate, invoice, deliver services and handle support or refunds. The current project-brief form creates a local download in your browser; it does not transmit the completed brief to TMC.
03. Browsing and website providers
The hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, access logs and authentication data needed to serve and secure the website. Font and other external resource providers may receive request information when their resources are loaded. Necessary session or security cookies may be used by the hosting platform. We do not currently offer an advertising-cookie or tracking-consent feature on this website.
04. Payments
Online checkout is not active on this website yet. If a payment gateway is later enabled, financial details and authentication are processed by the selected provider under its own privacy terms. TMC may receive order references, payment status and limited billing information needed for reconciliation and refunds. Do not send card CVVs, OTPs or banking passwords to our team.
05. Service access and sharing
When you authorise website or social-account work, we use the necessary account access only for the agreed service. Information may be shared with authorised team members and providers needed for hosting, payments, publishing or delivery. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to address fraud or security issues.
06. Retention and safeguards
We keep information only as needed for delivery, support, billing records and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for the service. We use reasonable safeguards and encourage delegated account access. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
07. Your choices and requests
You can request correction or deletion of information you supplied, ask about its use or stop optional marketing communications through the business support channel on your order documents. Some billing or legal records may need to be retained. The downloaded brief can be deleted from your own device. You can also manage hosting-session and browser cookie settings through the relevant platform or browser controls.
08. Updates
If we add payments, forms, analytics or other information-processing features, this policy will be updated to reflect them. The effective date appears on this page. Material changes affecting an existing service are communicated through the order channel where appropriate.
